Combining advanced technology and a large range of models makes Giant Mountain Bikes one of the leading bike manufacturers around the world. World class competitions, training and leisure riding all make use of Giant bikes with the world leaders in the sport choosing Giant as their bike providers. But biking beginners can use Giant mountain bikes as well as professionals. Giant makes bikes for kids who have never ridden, or who use bikes as their mode of transport.

Kids can choose from two ranges of bike made specifically for children. One range is designed for little children who have never ridden before. For children that have never ridden a bike before, there is a range for them. The other range are for kids with a bit more experience who use their bike to get to and from places.

First Bike
For first time riders there are three bikes suitable for children. The L’il Giant is a tricycle that comes in blue, red, pink or silver and safety is key. A pole attached to the back of the bike lets parents keep control over where the bike goes and the training wheels help the child to stay balanced. The PUDD’N range comes in junior and normal size and are designed for little girls. On the regular sized bike there are removable training wheels, 16” wheels and an adorable basket. The junior version has smaller wheels at 12” and stabilisers. The final model is the Animator range. This is the boy’s version of PUDD’N and is painted in much more masculine colours and the basket has been removed. Again, the Animator bike comes in a Junior and original size to accommodate children of all ages.

Sport Bikes
The MTX and Taffy ranges are Giant’s bikes for children with more riding experience. The MTX comes in two sizes; the 125 and 225 with the 125 having 6 speed gears and 20” wheels. The 225 has 18 speed gears and 24” wheels. Both models use a suspension fork and Alux aluminium technology frames. Taffy is the female version of the MTX bike. The 125 has smaller wheels and fewer gears than the 225.

The quality and craftsmanship behind Giant Mountain Bikes will show in your improved performance. Your kids will love riding their new bike and you will like it because it keeps them fit.
