Breathing is a noteworthy task. Breathing can eliminate toxins from your blood stream. By breathing correctly you bring more oxygen to the vital organs in your body.

Karate brings forth great confidence. Your positive thinking gets better and better as time goes along. You also have to stand up straight and relax. You can’t perform these self-defense techniques with your shoulders bend over and your stomach hanging out.

Your body is made up from the food you eat, so you want to eat correctly. Eating protein is good, but avoid sugar, starches and fat. Keep your body flushed with lots of water. Now you know some of my karate secrets.
